House of Hope accepts referrals through:

• The Delaware Housing Alliance
• The State of Delaware

If you’ve been working with a case worker or social services contact, ask them about a referral to House of Hope.

While in residence, women receive case management and access to basic living necessities — the practical foundation needed to focus on next steps.
